1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns due to the B2B/custom nature of our operations.
  • If you receive a defective product, report it within 48 hours with clear evidence (photos/videos).
  • Based on our review, we may offer a replacement or credit note. This applies only to manufacturing defects.
  • Customized products (including special packaging, colors, or branding) are non-returnable.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
  • Once sold, goods cannot be returned or refunded.
