1. Returns & Exchanges
- We do not accept returns due to the B2B/custom nature of our operations.
- If you receive a defective product, report it within 48 hours with clear evidence (photos/videos).
- Based on our review, we may offer a replacement or credit note. This applies only to manufacturing defects.
- Customized products (including special packaging, colors, or branding) are non-returnable.
2. Refund Policy
- Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
- Once sold, goods cannot be returned or refunded.
