1. Pricing and Charges

Prices displayed on our website exclude:

  • Transportation charges
  • Packing charges
  • Goods and Services Tax (GST)

Transportation remains the buyer’s responsibility. We dispatch the goods to the transporter’s receiving hub nearest to our warehouse in Delhi, as per the buyer’s instructions. Applicable packing and GST charges will be added at checkout and clearly reflected in the final invoice.

2. Payment and Order Confirmation

  • Orders are processed only after 100% payment is received and proof of payment is submitted.
  • Dispatch timelines range from 1 to 90 days, depending on product type, stock availability, and any customization.
  • A Pro Forma Invoice is valid for 3 days. If payment is not received within this period, product availability cannot be guaranteed.

3. Customization and Branding

• Custom and branded products are available on request as an additional paid service. We offer OEM services, including packing as per your brand standards and implementing your logo on the product or packaging.
• All customization specifications must be confirmed in writing. Custom orders may impact delivery timelines, which will be clearly mentioned on the Pro Forma Invoice.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • All sales are final. Refunds and returns are not part of our policy.
  • Please review your order carefully before purchase.
  • In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos/videos. We may offer a replacement or credit note, at our discretion.
  • Customized items are not eligible for return under any condition.

5. Risk & Responsibility

  • Our responsibility ends once goods are handed over to the transporter.
  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused during transit by third-party logistics providers.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

All transactions and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi, India, where Sri Kirpa Empire EXIM Private Limited operates.

Shipping Policy

At Professional Empire, selling portal managed by Sri Kirpa Empire EXIM Private Limited, we ensure a smooth and professional shipping experience for our domestic and international customers.

1. Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Dispatch: Products are shipped within 1 to 90 days after full payment and proof of payment are confirmed.
  • In-Stock Items: Typically shipped within three business days.
  • Customized Orders: Made-to-order items follow timelines provided on the Pro Forma Invoice.

2. Delivery & Tracking

  • Goods are handed over to logistics partners as instructed by the buyer.
  • We provide tracking details or LR copy upon dispatch.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns due to the B2B/custom nature of our operations.
  • If you receive a defective product, report it within 48 hours with clear evidence (photos/videos).
  • Based on our review, we may offer a replacement or credit note. This applies only to manufacturing defects.
  • Customized products (including special packaging, colors, or branding) are non-returnable.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.
  • Once sold, goods cannot be returned or refunded.
